Over.

It's been a while. For anyone waiting for an update, things have gone fairly pear-shaped. The magazine is over before it began. Lack of local interest in advertising caused the dimise. We thought it was best to can it before we run up big printer's bills. So, I'm staying in the 3 valleys for Christmas and the New Year and then heading back to blighty to do....

Well, I guess I'll find that out when I get there.

Let it snow.

The snow is relentless. Everyday, at some point, it starts again. It's so different from last season, apart from a small fall at the end of November the only snow we had before Christmas was a dump on the 21st. The lifts aren't open yet and we haven't been riding but there is a great base layer - there won't be a problem for people coming out for the Christmas week.

The Magazine is having a bit of a wobble at the moment as we've had hardly any interest from local businesses. Until they see the first issue they aren't keen to commit to a season of ads. We're also a bit late to attack the industry as Christmas is coming fast. We'll keep on trying and may change the format slightly. Wish us luck!

Truckasaurus (or Truku as he/she is becoming known) is back up to full power. Thanks to Toyota Albertville and my pigeon French I can keep on trucking.
