Half-full

Peaks and troughs, highs and lows, ups and downs. Sometimes you want to dance and sometimes just to sit at the side and watch. I guess it's just the way it is. Some say that if you don't experience the bad then you don't appreciate good times as much - but this is just arse. I just wish someone would let me knows when the lows are coming so I could stay in bed instead,
