It is possible and challenging, challenging in the way that if you do fall over you WILL smash your face open on a choice of huge, jaggedy rockes. It was worth the 6 hour drive there, and the locals a lot friendlier than the French.

But the best thing is the scale of the place, Scotland is huge. Mountains, lochs, sky, stags - awesome.
